''Stay safe. Stay blessed. Work hard. Don't stress.'' - Nnaji

If you've read enough of my posts you will have already seen the above quote. This has somewhat become my tagline. It can be interpreted in many different ways. Many may read it and think it is nothing more than eight words that rhyme and sound good together.

So, allow me to break it down and give you my own definition of said quote. Let's start with ''Stay safe.''… We live in a foul world in which danger lurks on every corner. As I'm sure you know, there are people out there that will not hesitate to cause you harm and take what is yours. Therefore you must be smart when going out, travelling etc. 

Next is ''Stay blessed. ''… What I mean by this is to simply be good and do good. The inspiration for this part was from a passage in the bible. Proverbs 11:25, "the one who blesses others is abundantly blessed. Those who help others are helped."

''Work hard.''… I believe this one is self explanatory. Just do your upmost best in whatever you put your mind to do. Do not concern yourself with the activities of others, only bother about what you are doing - and ensure you do it in the best way you can.

''Don't stress.''… There is absolutely no point in stressing or worrying. What is done, is done. What will be, will be. Spend 10 mins worrying and stressing, and you have wasted 10 mins - and gained absolutely nothing in the process.

Stressing and worrying will never ever affect the outcome of something. It will never affect the externals. Stressing about your salary will never change it. Worrying about your bills will not reduce them. Stressing about your job will not make it easier. The only thing that will be affected when stressing is your mindset and you - the internals. Worried about the future? Don't stress... especially if you have and are working hard.

I believe this quote can also be classed as advice which can be said to anyone and everyone. So what are you waiting for? Get out there and tell your people to stay safe, to stay blessed, to work hard and to never ever stress!
