I am working harder on myself than I do on my job in order to add value to myself! Many people feel they must slave away at a job and/or other external factors in order to solidify their future.

My approach is to slave away and work on myself. For example, work on improving my attitude, my skills, my mindset, my work ethic, my credentials, my experience and my outlook on life.

In order to change things that are on the outside e.g. what car you drive... you must first change the things on the inside e.g. what drives you.
